Cybernet's AOD uses inertial navigation techniques and decision-based algorithms to monitor the events of the jump

PROJECT MISSION

Since 1999, Cybernet has been working with the US Army Natick Soldier Center to develop an AOD for low-altitude static line jumps. This AOD is compatible with the current parachute system (the T-10C and the MC1-C), and future parachute systems such as the Advanced Tactical Parachute System (ATPS). The development will significantly lower the number of fatalities and injuries caused by parachute malfunctions. The effort leverages Cybernet expertise in low cost MEMS inertial measurement systems integration.
