Non-cooperative Vehicle Stopping Project Mission | Intellectual Property | Project Status Cybernet's approach to this program emphasizes the “uncooperative” aspect over the need to “maximize safety.” In this proposal we suggest the notion of using tuned and directed modulated microwave energy to insert vehicle control computer commands (or to disrupt them) into the target vehicle through its buses (including ground and power buses). These spurious commands will basically “crash” on-board vehicle controllers causing real-time control function needed to maintain engine control to fail – stopping or interfering with ignition and possibly fuel control for later models with fuel injection). Without air, fuel, AND spark, the engine will fail and the vehicle will stop. Microwave interference with on-board computer systems. Completed. |
