Mr. Bernhardt has been leading Cybernet Systems’ office in Orlando, FL since 2009, which focuses on Information Assurance and Information Security Engineering solutions, in addition to supporting Cybernet Systems technology offerings such as OpenSkies massive multiplayer HLA systems, distributed video networks for security and training support, and the development of modeling and simulation systems under the U.S. Army PEO-STRI STOC II buying contract.  Cybernet Systems is an awardee on both the Full-and-Open and Small Business set aside lots of the STOC-II Program.
