Ann Arbor, Michigan - Cybernet Systems Corporation, a leading defense, engineering, and simulation systems development company, today announced that they have been awarded a contract from the U.S. Air Force to demonstrate a multi-level security qualified browser to support secure access of service content.

The technical approach of this program is to “mash-up” data feeds that provide the end user with visualizations of data from high and low security side data.  This is accomplished by separating the rendering of web pages by security level into separate virtual machines and feeding the rendered pages as bitmaps to a user interface.  The system supports cross-domain requirements for transfer and access.  The end user interfaces with the system in a single browser-like interface that interfaces with the backend architecture, achieving the goal of cross-domain mash-up browsing.
